• Exploit bugs or glitches in the Game and share or publicize such exploits.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Game or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users through any in-game communication features.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Game.

All content included in or made available through Block Blaster – Puzzle Game, including but not limited to graphics, game levels, puzzle designs, characters, music, sound effects, logos, and software code, is the exclusive property of Block Blaster Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Game without our express prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Game may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or keep such submissions confidential.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Game or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In-game achievements, scores, and progress may be lost due to technical issues, server maintenance, or account termination. We are not responsible for any loss of game data, virtual items, or progress.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCK BLASTER STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
